    KuDa Architectural Photography creates images of architecture and interiors for architects, interior designers, builders, developers, hotels, and publishers. Based in Washington, DC, working throughout Maryland, Virginia, and beyond.



    A lifelong photographer trained in architecture, Darius Kuzmickas brings both disciplines to every building and interior he photographs. He understands how spaces are designed and built, and captures them with the care of someone who has spent his career paying close attention to design intent, detail and craft. For more than 20 years, architects, interior designers, builders and developers have relied on that combination.

    Design should speak of its time and place, yet reach for timelessness. Darius’ work makes that visible. Form, light and shadow, composed with care, reveal a building’s true character, so a structure becomes a story and a space becomes an image that lasts.

    Architectural photography is the visual translation of space. It balances analytical precision with intuitive timing: knowing where the light will fall and waiting for it. Each image should be well composed, well lit, quietly beautiful, and above all useful to the people who designed and built the space.
