Crescent Court Apartments

Crescent Court Apartments has 138 units for low-income families in the Portland's Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood. Seven of those will be permanent supportive housing for people at risk of homelessness. It is the second affordable development supported by Related Northwest and Central City Concern. A Boys and Girls Club will be onsite to provide free after-school programs for kids. Central City Concern will also provide onsite social services. The apartment complex features studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
