Block 75 is a 4+ block redevelopment at the east end of the Burnside Bridge. Slate building is at the center of that transformation. U+DP & Beam Development hired Works Partnership Architecture to design a 10-story blend of "live" and "work" space, including retail on the ground floor, flexible office space, and well-designed residential units. The staggered and shifted east and west facades incorporate large windows that draw fresh air and abundant natural light into each unit and create unique visual interest from opposing streets.
Built by Yorke & Curtis General Contractors in 2016.
