    One North

    One North is a three-building infill development designed around a 14,000-sf courtyard of inviting, versatile public space. East and North buildings were designed by Holst Architecture, built by R&H Construction Co and developed by Karuna Properties II, Nels Gabbert and Owen Gabbert. Both buildings have retail spaces on the ground floor, with creative office spaces above. Built in 2015.
